About this website

This website is operated by Method & Madness Technology Pvt. Ltd (“Blox”, “we”, “us”), a MahaRERA registered real estate agent (Registration No. A51900029429) and an authorised marketing channel partner for Krisala × Hiranandani Township Phase 3, North Hinjewadi, Pune.

This is not the official website of the developer. The project is developed by Krisala Developers in association with Hiranandani (together, the “Developer”). We help interested buyers get information and connect with the Developer’s sales team.

Accepting these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the website. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and explains how we handle your personal data. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to submit an enquiry.

Project information is indicative

We try to keep everything on this website accurate and current, but project details come from the Developer and can change. Configurations, carpet areas, specifications, amenities, timelines, approvals, inventory and location distances are indicative only and may be revised by the Developer or the authorities without notice.

Before making any decision, please verify all details with the Developer’s sales team, the documents registered on the MahaRERA website, and the agreement for sale. Where anything on this website differs from those documents, the registered documents and the agreement for sale apply.

Images, visuals and plans

Photographs, renders, walkthroughs, master plans, floor plans and other visuals on this website are artistic impressions or AI-generated illustrations for representation only. They may show furniture, fittings, landscaping, views or finishes that are not part of the standard offering. They do not form part of any offer or agreement.

Some plans are shown in reduced or blurred detail. Official plans and dimensions are available from the Developer on request.

Pricing, offers and passes

• Prices marked “onwards” or with an asterisk (*) are starting prices for select units. They usually exclude stamp duty, registration charges, GST, maintenance deposits, parking, floor rise, preferential location charges and other applicable costs, unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Offers such as the VIP Pass, Privilege Pass, stated benefits and payment plans are set by the Developer. They are valid only for a limited period or limited inventory, depend on the Developer’s terms and eligibility conditions, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Benefit amounts shown are maximum values. The actual benefit you receive depends on the unit, configuration and payment plan you choose.
• Final pricing, offers and availability are confirmed only in writing by the Developer at the time of booking.

EMI calculator and loans

The EMI calculator gives a rough estimate for information only. Actual EMIs depend on the lender’s interest rate, loan eligibility, tenure, processing fees, insurance and sanction terms. Nothing on this website is financial advice or a loan offer. Loans are subject to the lender’s approval.

Not an offer or contract

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation to offer, promise or guarantee to sell any unit. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a unit or create any contract. A sale is binding only once the Developer issues an allotment and the agreement for sale is signed and registered as required by law.

Please do not make any payment to anyone based only on this website. Payments for bookings should be made only to the Developer’s official bank account as stated in the Developer’s documents.

Communications

By submitting your details, you agree that we, the Developer and our service providers may contact you about the project by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, even if your number is on the NCPR/DND list, as far as the law allows. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Trademarks and content

Krisala, Hiranandani and related names, logos and project marks belong to their respective owners. They are used on this website only to identify the project we are authorised to market, and their use does not give you any rights in them.

The design, text and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, scrape or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s contact details;
• send spam, automated form submissions or harmful code;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
• interfere with the website’s operation or security; or
• use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We may block access or discard enquiries that break these rules.

Limitation of liability

Obligations about the construction, delivery, quality and title of the project rest with the Developer under the agreement for sale and RERA.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise because you broke these terms or misused the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under RERA or consumer protection law, any dispute relating to this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the updated terms.
