Who we are

Method & Madness Technology Pvt. Ltd operates this website as a marketing and enquiry channel for the project. We are not the developer. The project is developed by Krisala Developers in association with Hiranandani, and bookings, allotments and agreements are made directly with the developer.

In this policy, “you” means any visitor to the website or anyone who submits an enquiry through it. “Personal data” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name or mobile number.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers information collected through this website and its enquiry forms, and through calls, WhatsApp chats, SMS or emails that start from this website. It does not cover the developer’s own websites or any other third-party site, each of which has its own privacy terms.

We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to the extent it applies.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive information such as bank account details, card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers through this website.

• Service providers: companies that host our website and CRM, provide calling, SMS, WhatsApp and email services, or supply analytics and advertising tools. They may use your data only to provide those services to us.
• Group companies: entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Method & Madness Technology Pvt. Ltd, who must protect your data in line with this policy.
• Financial partners: banks or housing finance companies, only if you ask for home loan assistance.
• Authorities: courts, regulators, RERA or law enforcement agencies when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
• Business changes: a buyer or successor if our business is merged, acquired or restructured, subject to the same protections.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit your details on this website, you authorise us, the developer and our service providers to contact you about the project by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email. This authorisation applies even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR/DND), to the extent the law allows.

You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” to a message, telling the person who calls you, or writing to care@blox.xyz. We may still send you messages that are strictly needed for an ongoing site visit, booking or legal requirement.

This website is meant for adults interested in buying property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted their details, contact us and we will delete them.

The website may link to other sites, such as the MahaRERA portal, Google Maps, WhatsApp or the developer’s website. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.
